Maintenance

• Assist team members in maintaining master tables on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of various values for reporting purposes.
• Assist team members in maintaining SQL query library for assigned monthly processes, making improvements where necessary.
  

• Extract billing activities and/or claims data from SQL data warehouse to prepare reports and analysis.
  
• Prepare and document special Adhoc requests on an as needed basis.
• Perform complex queries, reports, and graphs in Access, SQL, Excel, and other as needed.

Reporting

• Prepare and present financial analyses and other reports to management.
  
• Work directly with billing vendor staff with report requests and problem solving.
  
• Develop, document, and maintain monthly departmental FPG report packages.
  
• Assist customers in identifying and communicating their financial analysis management needs.
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and projections for Finance.
  
• Complete analysis for new business proposals and budgets with minimal supervision.

• Must be a self-motivated and detail oriented individual.
  
• Skill in analyzing information, practices or systems to identify problems, identify patterns, trends and relationships, formulate logical and objective conclusions, recognize alternatives and their implications, and prepare reports.
  
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Access and SQL required
  
• Demonstrated ability to utilize and program complex queries utilizing query data base tools and reporting tools.
  
• Ability to participate in development of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reporting fulfillment needs.
  
• Ability to work effectively within tight and competing timeframes, while managing multiple priorities.
  
• Able to work independently and as a team member on a variety of assignments with minimal direction and fluctuating workload.
  
• Effective communication and organization skills required.
